1. Campaign Promotions Terms

From time to time, Par5 Escapes may run special promotions. The following terms apply to the January 2026 Voucher Campaign.

Exclusive January Golf Voucher Promotion

  1. This promotion is valid for bookings made between 1 January 2026 up to and including 31 January 2026.

  2. Eligible customers will receive Scottsdale Golf vouchers when booking a golf holiday with Par5 Escapes.

  3. Voucher amounts are based on group size and destination region as follows:

  • UK & Ireland
    • Groups of 6–12: £25
    • Groups of 13–19: £50
    • Groups of 20–27: £100
    • Groups of 28–31: £150
    • Groups of 32 or more: £200

  • EU, Turkey & Morocco
    • Groups of 2–5: £50
    • Groups of 6–12: £100
    • Groups of 13–19: £150
    • Groups of 20–27: £200
    • Groups of 28–31: £300
    • Groups of 32 or more: £500

  • UAE, Mauritius, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Qatar & Oman
    • Groups of 2–5: £100
    • Groups of 6–12: £150
    • Groups of 13–19: £200
    • Groups of 20–27: £300
    • Groups of 28–31: £400
    • Groups of 32 or more: £500

  1. Vouchers are issued per booking and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

  2. Scottsdale Golf vouchers are redeemable directly with Scottsdale Golf and subject to their own terms of use.

  3. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions unless expressly stated.

  4. Vouchers will be provided after final balance payment.

  5. If a booking is cancelled or significantly amended, any issued or pending vouchers will be invalid. New vouchers may be issued in line with the revised booking details, provided the amended booking still falls within the promotional booking period and meets the eligibility criteria.

  6. Voucher values apply to the entire group booking and are not calculated per person.

2. Introduction

Welcome to Par5 Escapes, your go-to platform for golf experiences and services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.

3. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Par5 Escapes website and any affiliated mobile applications.
  • "User" denotes any individual or entity utilizing our platform.
  • "Service Providers" mean third parties offering golf services, accommodations, flights, or experiences listed on our platform.

4. User Account

To avail certain services, users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Any activity under your account.
  • Promptly updating your information to keep it accurate and complete.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the platform to:

  • Post or transmit any content that is abusive, obscene, or defamatory.
  • Engage in any activity that violates any local, state, or international law.
  • Attempt to interfere with the platform's network or security features.

6. Pricing & Bookings

  • Prices for services are as quoted on the platform. Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Users are responsible for confirming the details of their booking before finalizing.
  • Any changes or cancellations after booking may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the Service Provider. Please check individual service details or confirm with Service Providers directly.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • Par5 Escapes acts solely as an agent on behalf of third-party suppliers of accommodation, golf services, transportation, and flight-inclusive packages. Your contract for the travel services is with the relevant supplier, not with Par5 Escapes.
  • Any disputes, claims, injuries, damages, or service-related issues must be resolved directly with the relevant Service Provider.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Par5 Escapes and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of a User's breach of these terms.

9. Financial Protection & Travel Regulations

Par5 Escapes is an ABTA member and follows the ABTA Code of Conduct. Details of the Code can be found at:

  • Flight-inclusive holidays offered on our platform are protected under the ATOL held by the third-party supplier providing the package. Par5 Escapes does not provide ATOL protection directly.
  • Not all suppliers provide ABTA protection; users should check this before booking.
  • Par5 Escapes holds an ABTA retail bond, which protects suppliers in the unlikely event of our insolvency but does not constitute customer financial protection.

10. Travel Advice & Requirements

  • It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for their destination. Guidance is available at:

  • Users are responsible for checking health requirements, vaccinations, and GHIC/EHIC guidance.
  • Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings to protect against cancellations, medical costs, and other unforeseen events.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Par5 Escapes or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

12. Third-party Links & Content

Our platform may contain links to third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only. Par5 Escapes does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle user data.

14. Disputes

  • All disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or use of the platform will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Par5 Escapes is based.
  • Both parties agree to settle disputes through arbitration before seeking formal legal action.

15. Termination

Par5 Escapes reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions.

16. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.

17. Reviews & Ratings

  • Users may post reviews and ratings for Service Providers. All content should be honest, objective, and non-offensive.
  • Par5 Escapes reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate or violates these terms.

18. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Par5 Escapes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform's content or the content of any sites linked to our platform.

19. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Par5 Escapes is based.
